RESPONSIBLE PRODUCTION AND LOGISTICS
We strive to minimize our ecological footprint through responsible production and logistics processes. Our production facilities are optimized for efficiency and energy savings. In addition, we work with partners who share our sustainable vision and strive for environmentally friendly solutions.
RECYCLING AND REUSE
At CollageDepot we encourage our customers to be environmentally conscious. Our wooden frames are designed to be recycled, and we offer options for reusing materials where possible. In this way we contribute to a circular economy, where materials are used over and over again instead of being thrown away.
CYCLING TO WORK: SUSTAINABLE, HEALTHY AND AFFORDABLE
At CollageDepot we encourage our staff to cycle to work as much as possible. To encourage this, we offer our employees a compensation of €0.27 per kilometre cycled. In addition, all our employees can use our bicycle plan, which is partly subsidised by the government. If an employee cannot pay for the bicycle in one go, we also offer an interest-free loan. Thanks to these initiatives, almost all of our staff cycle to work.
The bicycle plan means that the government contributes to the costs of a bicycle up to €749. In addition, we as a company add an additional €500, which allows our staff to purchase a bicycle for a very attractive price. In this way, we not only make it easier and cheaper to cycle, but we also contribute to a healthy and sustainable lifestyle. How nice is that!

At CollageDepot we work closely with a carefully selected group of suppliers from Europe. Our partners are chosen based on their ability to meet our strict social and environmental standards. These standards are laid out in our Code of Conduct, which includes several core principles of social and environmental sustainability. Key topics in these principles include fair working hours, minimal negative impact on the environment, fair wages, the prohibition of child labor, and the safeguarding of health and safety in the workplace.
